This looked great, it was printed out and cropped to about 40x30mm and stuck on all my folders!! Although, it doesn’t need to go on portfolio pieces!! Woops!!

Ooh – calligraphic! Like it.

You could make a typographic stencil out of frisket film – say something all kind of jumbled sizes and typefaces – put it on the paper, do the painting on top of the lot and then peel off the stencil to leave the swish of calligraphic colour only in the letters. (I just realised I used the word frisket – does anyone use that stuff any more?)

Awesome Al – these are minimalist and calm, but at the same time exciting. The energy in the marks does “the business”!!
